This is one of my fave shoots from several years back when Alexander Wang debuted his collection which included the skirt in the pic. It's the combination of Hi-Low dressing. You know, where a mix of a high fashion show piece or ready to wear staple is combined with a casual element, like in this instance a raglan tee. I love that she could be ready for almost anything with just the right amount of effort.
