I have never really watched 90210 for more than 3 minutes-due to my incredibly short attention span- but thanks to my radical gift of the fashion eagle eye, I can always spot a 'Neo It Girl' making her mark on the world around her. Never failing to impress in anti-pretty dress anarchic outfits at premieres and parties, Gillian Zinser is the hippie after my fashion heart.
